Our traditional business for over 20 years has been to provide a range of replica resin polyester castings for interior design & curtain pole specialists companies. Many ornate resin replica furniture embellishments & carvings are supplied to master furniture & cabinet makers & fire place mantel manufacturers within the UK.
These replica castings include curtain pole finial ends, soft furnishing carvings, column & column ends,
corbels & cornice pieces. Each master piece is designed & commissioned by our clients who instruct
master carvers. Our resin replica castings can be produced from moulds taken from the original
masters at a fraction of the original price of a wood carving.
Many polyester resin castings are produced in a light or dark base colour that complements
the final top coat colour finish. Most of our clients prefer to take our resin in these natural
“base colours” to complement any finish & colour they apply in their own
workshops at a later stage.
Flexible resin
Our master craftsmen & fire place mantel manufacturing clients prefer a more flexible resin
cast to replicate the many complicated curved carvings they require. These often need to
be glued & pinned onto the pole, furniture or fire surround.
